I received an MVR with the message: Personal
Information Restricted by Provider. What does this mean? |

This means that the source from which iiX
obtained the MVR information has placed restrictions on the dissemination of
the driver's personal information - i.e. Name, DL#, DOB, and Address. In these cases, iiX will perform a Request Match Analysis and indicate (in the Miscellaneous and State Specific section of the MVR) whether the First Name (FN), Last Name (LN), DL# (DL), and Date of Birth (DOB) that you submitted matched the information provided by the state.
