Introduction
The first time you access the iiX ExpressNet website, you will need to Register your account for use with ExpressNet. 

In order to Register you will need your iiX Account Number and Password.  If you do not know the Account Number and/or Password, follow these steps.

  • If you use iiX MVR for DOS versions 8.93 through 9.03:
    • Start the program
    • Select the Utilities option on the menu bar
    • Select the Change Configuration option from the menu pull down box.
    • The Account Number and Password are displayed on this screen.
  • If you use Express for Windows:
    • Start the program
    • Select the Communications option from the menu bar
    • Select the Settings option from the menu dropdown box
    • Select the Access Info tab
    • The Account Number and Password are displayed on this screen.
  • If you use Express for Browsers:
    • Start the program
    • Select the System Settings option from the menu bar
    • Select the Agency option from the sub-menu bar
    • The Account Number and Password are displayed on this screen.
Administrator Information
During the registration process, you will be asked to enter an Administrator Password.  This Password is required later to Add and Delete user authorizations, Change user profile information, and Change agency information.  It controls access to your account (through the assigning of User ID's and Passwords) and is a basic part of the security of your information.

We also require that you enter an E-Mail address for your Account Administrator.  iiX will use this E-Mail address to communicate with your Account Administrator, when necessary.  

The last step of the registration process is to enter a User ID and Password.  This ID and Password can be for use by the Administrator or can be used by another User.  The Password for this User ID will be the personal password for the user.  If multiple people are going to use ExpressNet, the other Users will be set up after registration of the account is complete.  Instructions for adding additional Users can be found here.
 

The Registration Process
  • Access the iiX website at:  http://www.iix.com .  Locate the ExpressNet logo in the lower left corner of the page.
  • Click the Register link to begin.
  • Enter the iiX Account number and Password for your agency/business.  See the Introduction section above if you do not know this information.
  • Click the Account Info button to access the next step - Admin Info.
  • Type in an Admin Password.
  • Retype the same Password to verify it.
  • Type in the Administrator's internet e-mail address.
  • Click the Admin Info button to access the next step - User Info.  
  • Type in a User Sign-On for the first User (this User can be the Administrator, or not.).   The User Sign-On should be a 2 or 3 letter code.
  • Type in a User Password for this Sign-On ID.  The password must be at least 6 (not more than 10) characters - letters and/or numbers only.
  • Retype the User Password for this Sign-On ID to verify it.
  • Click the User Info button to continue.  The ExpressNet home page will load.
  • You are now into your ExpressNet account. You may now add additional User ID's for others in your company or you may begin ordering iiX reports. Select the Help option or consult the Quick Start Guide for more information.
  • Remember that you are now "live" and anything that you order will be processed!
