Print Problem: Every Other Page Prints a Few Lines and Skips to Next Page

 
Print Problem:
Margins of PDF report not printing (ExpressNet for Employment)
 
Problem:
When attempting to print a report that is in Adobe PDF format, a few characters on both the left and right side of the margins are cut off and do not print.:
 
Solution:

This can be fixed by adjusting the print settings. In Adobe PDF Reader, from the menu, click on file >> print.

In the printer dialog window that opens, look for the section that is titled 'Page Handling.' Under that section, there is a drop box labeled 'Page Scaling.' The current value is most likely set to 'None.' Change this value to 'Fit to Printable Area,' then click OK.

This procedure should slightly shrink the document so that the margins print.
