Problem:
The follow error occurs while attempting to access ExpressNet:

Solution:
The Internet Explorer browser does not have SSL enabled.   SSL is required to access a Secure web server.

The option to activate SSL can be found as follows:

  • Internet Explorer 4.0
    • Choose View
    • Choose Internet Options
    • Select the Advanced tab.
    • Locate the Section titled Security.
    • Check the boxes for SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0
  • Internet Explorer 5.0+
    • Choose Tools
    • Choose Internet Options
    • Select the Advanced tab
    • Locate the Section titled Security.
    • Check the boxes for SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0
