The Name, DL#, and DOB Are Moved to Other 
Fields in the Request Screen
 

Problem:
An ExpressNet user complains that information is appearing in the wrong fields in the request screen.  For example, the Last Name appears in the DL# field and the DL# appears in the DOB field.

 
Solution:
The most likely reason for this to occur is because the user clicked the Back (or Forward) button on the Internet Explorer toolbar to access a request screen that was previously completed and ordered.  They may be doing this to correct something in the first request that was wrong.

The user should not, under any circumstances, be clicking the Back and Forward  buttons as navigational tools in ExpressNet.   They should always select the menu options from the ExpressNet toolbar to access the desired function screens.
