The following error message appears after attempting to print a report:

The problem is most likely caused by a browser plug-in or browser helper extension.  Remove the plug-in or extension. If you do not know what plug-in or helper was installed, you can do the following:

• Start Internet Explorer

• Select Tools

• Select Internet Options

• Select the Advanced tab

• Uncheck the option for "Enable third-party browser extensions"

• Click Apply

• Click OK

• Close the browser.

• Restart the browser and attempt to print from ExpressNet
