How Do I Delete a User from ExpressNet?

An ExpressNet administrator
wants to delete a User Sign-On for an employee who no longer needs access to
ExpressNet or who is no longer employed. |
|
Solution: |

Log in to
ExpressNet with your User Sign-On..

Select the
Settings option.

From the
Settings sub-menu bar, choose Users. (The
Settings for the current signed in user screen is displayed.)

Click the arrow
button at the right hand end of the User Sign-On box. A list of
User Sign-On's will be displayed.

Click on the
User Sign-On initials that you wish to delete. (The screen will refresh.)

In the Admin Password field, type in your
Admin Password.

Click the
Delete User button at the bottom of the screen. (The screen will
again refresh.)

To verify that
the User Sign-On was deleted, click the arrow button again and make sure
the initials are gone from the list.
Reminder: You cannot be logged in as
the User you are deleting!
