How Do I Delete a User from ExpressNet?
 

Question:
An ExpressNet administrator wants to delete a User Sign-On for an employee who no longer needs access to ExpressNet or who is no longer employed. 
Solution:
  • Log in to ExpressNet with your User Sign-On..
  • Select the Settings option.
  • From the Settings sub-menu bar, choose Users. (The Settings for the current signed in user screen is displayed.)
  • Click the arrow button at the right hand end of the User Sign-On box. A list of User Sign-On's will be displayed.
  • Click on the User Sign-On initials that you wish to delete. (The screen will refresh.)
  • In the Admin Password field, type in your Admin Password.
  • Click the Delete User button at the bottom of the screen. (The screen will again refresh.)
  • To verify that the User Sign-On was deleted, click the arrow button again and make sure the initials are gone from the list.

Reminder:  You cannot be logged in as the User you are deleting!
