ExpressNet:
How Do I Set Up An ExpressNet User
for All Reports Mode?

Problem:
An ExpressNet user wishes to set up the program interface to All Reports mode.  This mode will allow you to view all products available for your account.

Solution:
To set up a user to access ExpressNet in All Reports mode, follow these steps:

  • Log on to the ExpressNet service.
  • Select the menu bar button for Settings.
  • Choose the option for Users from the lower menu bar.  The User Settings screen for the current user is displayed.
  • Scroll down the screen to the Presentation Mode field.
  • Select the drop-down selection in the Presentation Mode box titled All Reports.
  • Click on the button labeled Save Changes
  • The first two menu options at the top of the screen should now read New Submissions and Requests/Reports.
If you wish to change additional users to All Reports mode, this can be done in two ways:

  • Have each user log on to the ExpressNet service and follow the instructions above to change their process mode to All Reports.
  • Or, each user can be changed to All Reports mode by the ExpressNet Administrator (or by anyone who knows the Admin Password). To change users other than your own:
    • Log on to ExpressNet and access the User settings screen, as described above.
    • On the User Sign-On drop-down, select the User that you wish to change. The screen will refresh with this user's information.
    • Change the Presentation Mode to All Reports.
    • Type your Admin Password in the Admin Password field.
    • Click on the button labeled Save Changes.
    • Repeat this process for all users that you wish to change.
