"AMSEXPW Has Caused A Segment Load Failure in Module <Program Name>"
 

The following error message is displayed while attempting to launch Express for Windows:

"AMSEXPW Has Caused A Segment Load Failure in Module <Program Name>"

The <Program Name> will usually be the name of a .DLL file.
 

1. Rename the .DLL file that is named in the error.

2. Reinstall Express.  (If this is a network installation, just re-run the Workstation install.)
