GPF or System Error Occurs While Entering New Request

Problem: |
General Protection Faults are experiences
while entering requests in Express for Windows An error message may also read "An Error Has Occurred in Your
Application".

Solution 1: |
Purging unneeded reports and requests and
having each user delete his old groups.
|
|
Solution 2: |
After reports and requests have been purged,
try compacting the database. Select File and Compact
Database.
|
|
Solution 3: |
Check the system date and make sure it is
correct. Years later than 2065 have been known to cause GPFs in some VBX
and DLL files.
