The following error message is displayed
while attempting to communicate in Express for Windows:

Check the users network access and rights to
the Express subdirectories. Users should have the equivalent of
supervisor's rights. |
| Solution 2: |
|
Make sure that all the Express for DOS or
Express for Windows directories are present. For communications related
errors, check to make sure that the INBOUND, INBOUND\TMP, and OUTBOUND
directories are there. |
| Solution 3: |

Is the customer a Cotton States client. We
have found that those running Windows 95 on NT Networks with Express 2.30
are getting this error while trying to send. We are currently working with
Cotton States on the problem.
It appears to occur because their
networks are running on Unix system with a DOS emulator. |
