An Express for Windows user enters new requests. After saving the
group, he/she notices that the new request group is not listed in the View
/ Edit window.
Note: This is most likes caused by having
more than 250 request groups ( among all users ) on the system. The more
user id's that have requests saved in groups, the fewer each user can keep
on file without causing this problem. |
