The following error message may occur during the installation of Express:

A program or utility that conflicts with installation is being launched when Windows® boots. Check the WIN.INI file (near the beginning of the file) for a line that reads:
If the line has entries, add a new Load= statement that is blank ( i.e. - has nothing after the = sign ) and put a semicolon ( ; ) in front of the original Load= statement. Make a backup copy of the WIN.INI file before making any changes! Restart Windows and try the installation again. |
