Error During Installation:  InstallShield Error 105 - "Setup is Unable 
to Run a Program Needed to Proceed with Installation"
 

This error occurred while installing Disk 1 of the Express for Windows installation set.  It usually occurs during the step where InstallShield is preparing the installation wizard. The completion gauge will get to about 49% and then fail with this error.

Possibly is followed by another error which reads:   ISSET_SE caused a GPF in module "unknown"
 

• Check for other programs or utilities that may be running - especially virus shield programs.  Shut down and restart Windows, then close or suspend any virus (or other) programs. Try the installation again. 

• If installing Express for Windows as a Standalone application (on one computer only), reboot Windows in Safe Mode and try the installation again.
