Error Message: "Group in Use"
 

Problem:

This error usually occurs when the user is attempting to re-open a request group in order to add or change request information. The error means that the Express database thinks the group is locked or "in use" by another user.
 

Solution:
  • Check to make sure that another user is not actually using the group.

  • If not, close down Express and then restart Express.

  • Select File

  • Select Repair Database

  • After the repair is successful, attempt to re-open the group. You should now be able to.
