"How Can I Sort My MVRs for Printing or Exporting"
 

An Express for Windows user wants to sort MVRs for printing or exporting based on the State, DL#, Comment, order of entry, etc.
 

Sorting of MVRs for purposes of printing or exporting the reports is possible.  The fields that can be used to sort are: Name, DL#, State,  User, Comment, and Sequence No.

1. From the menu, select Reports.

2. Select View/Print Reports

3. If the Selection Criteria windows opens, click OK. If not, skip to step 4.

4. The View Reports tab is opened and the driver names and other info is listed. The column headings can be used for sorting the MVRs by clicking on the heading that you wish to sort by. (Hint: The heading that is italicized is the current sort setting.) 

5. Click on the heading for the sort you desire. The list will re-sort.

6. Select the items from the list that you wish to print and then click Print.  If you are exporting the reports: skip this step and close the View Reports window.  Proceed with your usual export steps.

The sort that you selected should remain as the default sort unless it is changed by a user or the software is reinstalled.
