Error 48 - "Error in Loading DLL"

Problem 1:

Cause could be a damaged .DLL file. It could be any, but the most likely candidates are any of the MSAxxxxx.DLL files, the VBRUN300.DLL file, or the VBDB300.DLL file.  Contact iiX Customer Support for a list of the files installed by Express, or access the listing online at:

  • For Version 2.30b or earlier:  ../FileSets.htm
