Error 3279 - "Database Already Initialized"
 

The following error message is displayed while trying to enter requests, transmit, or other perform any other operation in Express for Windows™:

Error 3279 - "Database Already Initialized"

This error was most likely preceded by another error message.  If so, troubleshoot the problem from the standpoint of the first error.

However, if no error precedes the Error 3279, or the preceding error is not known, the solution that has generally worked is to shut down all programs and reboot the system.
