Error 32002: "Outline: Out of Memory"
 

Problem:

The following error message is displayed while attempting to enter requests in Express for Windows™:

Error 32002 - Outline out of Memory

After selecting the New Requests option, this error occurred.
 

Solution:

One of the User ID's may be corrupted.

  • Determine which User ID the error is occurring for.

  • Delete that User ID

    • Select View

    • Select System Info

    • Select the User ID you wish to delete

    • Click the <Delete> button.

  • Repair and Compact the database.

    • Select File and then Repair Database

    • Select File and then Compact Database
