Error 3167 - "Record is Deleted"
 

The following error message is displayed while trying to print a list of un-transmitted requests in Express for Windows™:

Error 3167 - Record is Deleted

If you go back to view the group that was created, the group is there but it is empty.
 

• Deleted the request group that was empty.

• Made sure all users are out of Express (network installations).

• Closed and restarted Express.

• Repair the database.  Select File, then select Repair Database

• Compact the database.  Select File then select Compact Database.

• Entered a new request and save it.  Then print the un-transmitted request list.
