The following error occurred while launching Express for Windows™:
The error is caused, in most cases, by an
incorrect file size being reported to Windows®. |
| Solution 1: |
|
Run Scandisk and choose to Fix All Errors.or, on
DOS 3.3 (or earlier) run Checkdisk with the fix parameter ( CHKDSK/F ).
Please note: This is to be done on a local
drive only. This should not be done on a network drive! |
| Solution 2: |
|
On a network drive, try running the Repair option while starting the software: Choose the File | Run (on Windows 3.x) or Start | Run (on Windows 95 or 98) option and type

where x: is the drive where
Express for Windows is installed. |
