The following error message is displayed while attempting to communicate in Express for Windows:

Error 3037 - "Can't Open Any More Tables or Queries"

The problem appears to occur sporadically.
 

This is most likely a system resource issue.

1. Close all open programs (including Express).  Restart Express and then try to communicate again.

2. If the problem persists, close everything and reboot. After rebooting, close any programs that started automatically when the system rebooted.  Try Express again.
