The following error message is displayed while receiving reports through the modem using Express for Windows™.
The error may be preceded by an Error 3022 and/or Error 3167. It may also result in a General Protection Fault (GPF) in module User.EXE. The error occurs because Express is attempting
to update fields or values that it cannot find in the database. It thinks
they have been deleted or are empty. |

If the problem happens once and not again then it should work itself out naturally. However, if the problem occurs continuously when reports are received, the EXPRESS.MDB database file is probably damaged. There are two options:
