Problem:

The following error message is displayed while attempting to retrieve received reports:

Error 14 - Out of String Space
 
Solution:

The error may be due to a claims report with a large number of claim entries. 

  • Check the program version. If you are using Express for Windows version 2.30b or earlier, contact iiX Customer Support and request the latest version of Express.
