"Unable to Open Custom Control"
 

The following error message is displayed while attempting to start Express for Windows

"Unable to Open Custom Control ....."

The error usually occurs when trying to start Express.  It appears that this error occurs because a .VBX or .DLL files is unreadable.
 

The error message should have indicated what file could not be opened.

• Rename that .VBX or .DLL file

• Rerun the Express Setup.
