An unusual error message is displayed when attempting to start Express for Windows. One example was: Error 3044 - Invalid Use of Null. Other symptoms might include rebooting of the
workstation, or asking the user to login to the network again. In some
cases programs other than Express may start. |

If there is an Express for Windows icon on the desktop, right click on it.

| Problem 2: |
|
Express fails to start. The Express "splash" screen (map screen) is displayed and does not change - or - no Express screen is displayed.
