Problem:
This error can occur while attempting to purge reports from Express for Browsers:

CDBException - The record can not be deleted or changed because table report includes related records..
Solution:
This error indicates that data has become incorrectly linked in the database.
 

You will need to reinstall Express for Browsers. The old database PLUS32.MDB should be renamed (or deleted) before re-installing the program. The old data will be lost.
