Communications runs successfully until the point where Express for Browsers
attempts to process the incoming report files. At that point the system
locks up - or - the system returns an error message that reads: EXPPLUS.EXE has caused a General Protection Fault (or Invalid Page Fault) in module EXPCLNT.DLL You usually will be forced to reboot. This error message may then occur every time you attempt to communicate. |

The problem has been resolved in version 4.04
of Express for Browsers. Contact iiX Customer Support and request the latest copy of the program.
