"DDHELP caused an Invalid Page Fault in Module Kernel32"

Problem:
The following error message is displayed after attempting to launch Express for Browsers:

DDHELP caused an Invalid Page Fault in Module Kernel32

Solution:
In the one case that we have seen where this error occurred, we had the user start his system in Safe Mode then launch Express for Browsers.  It launched successfully.  That indicated that the problem had to do with one of the device drivers.

Later the customer called back to say that he had replaced his video driver and that had solved the problem.
