ExpressNet Fax-Back Service

This service will enable ExpressNet users to order MVRs online for those states* that do not allow MVRs to be returned over the internet. Instead of delivering these reports via ExpressNet, the MVRs will be automatically faxed back to the customer.

Any new customer registering for ExpressNet will be asked for a fax number during their online registration. For existing ExpressNet customers, the FAX number we have on file will be used for the ExpressNet fax-back feature. The fax number can be changed by the user, but requires the Admin Password to do so.

If the customer is authorized for states* which don't allow reports to be delivered over the internet they will see a message stating, for example, Washington *Faxback to (555) 555-5555* , in the state dropdown box, as a reminder that these reports will be faxed to the customer. If a report is ordered from a Faxback state it will appear as status Ordered until it is filled. Then it will appear as Faxed.

For more information regarding the ExpressNet Fax-Back option, please contact iiX Customer Support at 800-683-8553, option 7.
